Brad is keenly aware, appreciates and values all of the good things in his life. Brad pays close attention to the people and the environment around him. Brad possesses defined principles which are Christian based that set the tone for his life that influence his behavior. They reflect who and what is most important to him. This guides his decision-making. Brad’s friendly disposition helps most people feel comfortable enough to join in group activities or discussions.

Brad cultivates potential in others and provides them with opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Brad see’s the potential in others. Very often, in fact, potential is all he sees. In his view no individual is fully formed. On the contrary, each individual is a work in progress, alive with possibilities. And Brad is drawn toward people for this very reason. When Brad interacts with others, his goal is to help them experience success. He looks for ways to challenge them. Brad devises interesting experiences that can stretch them and help them grow. And all the while he is on the lookout for the signs of growth—a new behavior learned or modified, a slight improvement in a skill, a glimpse of excellence or of “flow” where previously there were only halting steps. For Brad these small increments—invisible to some—are clear signs of potential being realized. These signs of growth in others are his fuel. They bring Brad strength and satisfaction. Over time many will seek Brad out for help and encouragement because on some level they know that his helpfulness is both genuine and fulfilling.

When faced with a complex situation involving many factors, Brad enjoys managing all of the variables, aligning and realigning them until he is sure they are arranged in the most productive configuration possible. In Brad’s mind there is nothing special about what he is doing. He is simply trying to figure out the best way to get things done. From the mundane to the complex, Brad is always looking for the perfect configuration. He is at his best in dynamic situations. Confronted with the unexpected, some complain that plans devised with such care cannot be changed, while others take refuge in the existing rules or procedures Brad doesn't do either. Instead, Brad jumps into the confusion, devising new options, hunting for new paths of least resistance, and figuring out new partnerships—because, after all, there might just be a better way.

Brad believes that there is a greater purpose than just thinking and doing for ourselves. Brad believes that God placed everyone on this earth for a purpose and that purpose is to Love God with all your heart, soul, strength and mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. Brad believes that it is a blessing, responsibility and honor to love and serve one another. When we take the focus off of ourselves and think and do for others we find that we are happier and we positively impact others and ourselves. Serving others is the most impactful gift we can give others and to ourselves.

Brad loves America and is grateful of all the men and women that have and are serving our Country.
